Hours of Operation

The DIGLINE, Inc. Notification Center is available at 1-800-342-1585 or 811 to process emergency and non-emergency locate requests.  Please note that operating hours vary based on season and on the type of request needed.  Emergency locate requests can always be called in 24 hours a day, any day of the year.  Non-emergency locate requests may be called in during the times listed below. If you need to submit a non-emergency request outside of our normal operating hours, our self-service web portal is available 24/7.

March – October Schedule

Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 8:00PM

November – February Schedule

Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Holidays

The DIGLINE, Inc. Administration Office is closed for the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
