In the “Dig Site/Locate Instructions” field of the ticket, you’ll want to specify what kind of response you are looking for: Maps Only, Mark Outs Only, or Maps & Mark Outs
In the “Remarks” field of the ticket, include what kind of work will be taking place in the future. If this information is not included, one of our Damage Prevention Specialists will reach out via phone or email to obtain this information before the request is processed
Design Tickets are a complimentary service provided by the utilities that is not mandated by State Statute and provide either maps or physical marks on site for Surveying or Project planning. Facility Requests are completed solely by Digline to provide contact information for any Member Utilities that may be in your project area so you can coordinate information directly with the utility owners
