Positive Response is the communication link between the Requester and the Utility Owner/Locator. It is a means for the Utility Owner/Locator to inform the Requester about the status of a locate request. For questions regarding the
status of a locate request refer to the Positive Response Tab of your ticket or contact the Utility Owner directly.
Participation in Digline’s Positive Response service is not mandatory. Utility Owners may already provide Positive Response via an alternate method or may not provide a Positive Response service at all. Review your locate request status to determine which Utility Owners utilize Digline’s Positive Response service.
